个人简介:
本科毕业于安徽师范大学,博士毕业于东南大学,随后于美国奥古斯塔大学、凯斯西储大学作博士后研究。2022年2月入职东南大学澳门新莆京3290not,担任教授。获国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏特聘教授特别支持项目、南京市留学人员科技创新项目等资助。
研究方向:
突触是神经元与靶细胞之间形成的特殊连接,介导神经信号传递,在神经环路形成、脑功能行使中扮演重要作用。突触结构或功能异常可导致精神疾病、运动障碍等问题。本课题组利用小鼠等模式生物,以神经肌肉接头(运动神经元与肌肉之间形成的突触)为研究对象,综合运用细胞生物学、分子生物学、电生理等手段,揭示突触形成、成熟调控机制,并探究运动神经元退行性疾病——肌萎缩性侧束硬化症(也被称为渐冻症)的发病机制和治疗策略。
